Happy Holidays

Season’s Greetings! We wish everyone a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year and extend our love. We pray for the Lord's blessings and His comfort upon all.

Sean continues to work at JTA Architects in Park City. He has been greatly blessed with work as his firm has had to downsize a little over the past year. He continues to work as the Project Manager of a development in Deer Valley. Sean, Mary and 3 of the boys hit the slopes of Sundance for some great Snowboarding during the winter months. Sean & Mary enjoyed a wonderfully romantic 10 day vacation to Kauai, Hawaii in May, during which they celebrated their anniversary and were blessed with perfect weather, incredible outdoor activities and experiences. The summer months were full of family camping trips, hiking, and a 3 day trip to Moab, Utah. In October Sean went with Jackson’s scout troop on a 3 day hiking trip in the Grand Staircase Escalante area of southern Utah. This fall Sean continued to take the boys, and Mary to BYU home football games. The most rewarding game was the win against Utah, of course! :-) Joseph and Jackson rushed onto the field to shake hands with some of the players, which they enjoyed.

Mary has continued her volunteer work with C.E.R.T. She is involved with the local law enforcement working various community events. She is a licensed EMT and certified C.E.R.T trainer and was elected as the Vice Chairman of the Wasatch County Citizen Corp Council. She works part-time as a Life & Social Skills Trainer for the Autistic and Mentally handicapped. She is still a Crossing Guard and Treasurer for 2D3 Inc. Mary’s real passion is a career with Primerica, she joined as an asset management agent and as such became UT licensed in life insurance along with mortgage and debt watchers certified. She will study soon for her securities license along with home and auto. She feels a moral obligation to sit down with families and share her new knowledge and put people in a better financial position. In August Sean was able to take her and 3 of the boys on a quick trip to Iowa to visit family and friends. Her mother had brain surgery for Parkinsons, it seems to be helping.

Jed and Jessica are expecting their first child! It’s a girl! Due February 11th. They have decided to name her "Jayden". Another J name... :) Sean and Mary are going to be grandparents!. Jed is still working for an Audio/Video company in Park City. Jessica is working for the Dairy Keen and nearby Motel.

Jacob (22) was laid off at JTA so he continues to deliver at Pizza Hut. He is also continuing his quest to be a pilot.

Gillian (18) graduated from High School. During the summer she worked at Jordanelle State Park. She is now working for Soldier Hollow Snow Tubing hill and Pizza Hut. She hopes to start school in massage therapy next fall.

Jackson (14 / HS Freshman) is taking advanced Science and Math classes which he will earn college credits from. He continues to work towards his Eagle Scout award. He enjoys reading, snowboarding, fishing and hiking with his family, and has a powerful love for the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Joseph (10 / 5th gr.) plays many sports. This fall he played his first season in tackle football. He played on special teams and the offensive and defensive lines. He recently earned his Arrow of Light award in Cub Scouting, along with his religious knot.

Jonathan (8 / 3rd gr.) enjoyed his first season snow boarding last winter. He also plays many sports including soccer, baseball, flag-football, wrestling and basketball. He draws all the time. He was excited to be baptized this year. He loves being a Cub Scout, and was able to win the Pine Wood Derby with some help from dad.

Jeffery (5 / Kindergarten) enjoys playing sports such as t-ball, soccer, and wrestling. He is a strong, solid kid and does really well with sports. He loves to play the Wii.

Joshua (3) can be a “Dennis the Menace” at times but is as enjoyable as can be. He is talking very well and his cute little voice melts your heart sometimes. He is very polite and says “thank you”, “your welcome” and “I love you” a lot. He LOVES trains and was excited to go on the Heber Creeper with mom twice this year. He also loves Elmo and Thomas the Train DVD’s. He enjoys hiking, and often asks to go on hikes and get his picture taken with the view. He potty trained on Thanksgiving, something more to be thankful for.

We currently are looking forward to celebrating the holidays together as a family. We wish all of you a safe, spiritual and merry holiday season. May the light of the Savior shine in your lives. Love, The Williams Family
